A Storage Container at the Right Time
Last week, we here at Quick Space had the honor and privilege of working with Reno’s Project 150 Boutique by providing them with a 20ft storage container. The much needed space will allow Project 150 Reno to further serve the homeless, displaced, and disadvantaged high school students in the community. As Ty Rogers, our very own Vice President, put it, “Project 150 [Reno] has done amazing work for years and we are just really grateful to be a part of that.”
Reno’s Project 150 Boutique provides over 3,500 homeless, displaced, and disadvantaged students with essential items every year. This storage container will allow for even more clothes, shoes, hygiene products, and school supplies to be donated and used by the students in our community. We were also thrilled to hear that this donation also came at the perfect time for the back to school season. In just the 30 days leading up to the start of school, Reno’s Project 150 Boutique sees 25% of its annual shoppers. “Anytime you’ve got any children in the community that you can give a little hand-up to, I think that’s probably one of the most important things that we can do.”
